PROPERTY LOCATION AND DESCRIPTION

As you drive into Karon this resort sites across the road from the beginning of Karon Beach. The resort is simple and quiet with walking distance to Karon shopping and Karon beach and only a 10 minute tuk tuk ride to Patong. Simple, clean and basic a great resort for the young and those happy to walk to what Karon area has to offer.

DELUXE ROOM
DESCRIPTION: These rooms overlook the Andaman Sea or Karon Beach with private balconies or terraces, but can see other guests whilst sitting on balcony so it is quite sociable.

FAMILY DELUXE ROOM
DESCRIPTION: Spacious room with a seperate living area which opens onto a big balcony. This is ideal for small families with ideal seaviews and private balcony or terrace.
BEDDING: 1 x King bed plus single sofa bed and pull out trundle bed for child only

1 night cancellation fee

1 night cancellation fee

NO SHOWS:
No Show or Non Arrivals will incur a 100% cancellation fee

EARLY CHECK OUT:
Clients departing prior to confirmed check out time will incur
1 night cancellation fee no matter what the complaint.
