The Sheraton Grande Laguna, Phuket is on its owm small island in the middle of a lagoon, on the west coast of Phuket. The Resort Resort extends right to the 5 km long white sandy beach of Bang Tao Bay. The rooms are split into two area see rooming description for full detials.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Summer Season Cancellation
01 April 10 - 31 October 10
No cancellation fee will be charged on cancellations received
by the hotel or any Starwood Worldwide reservations office
more than 96 hours (4 days) local time, prior to arrival day
at the hotel, in writing, via telex, telephone or fax message.
If verbally cancelled a cancellation number must be noted.

On cancellations received within 96 hours (4 days) local time
prior to arrival, or should a NO-SHOW occur, 1 night's stay
(plus tax and service) will be charged. This shall NOT be
contingent on the hotel's occupancy for the night on which
the cancellation or no-show occured.

NO-SHOWS must be paid without reliance on billed vouchers as
the client did not arrive and therefore did not submit a voucher

Winter Season Cancellation
05 January 10 - 31 March 10
01 November 10 - 19 December 10 & 08 January 10 - 31 March 11
Cancellations must be made 15 days prior to arrival day, or
should a NO-SHOW occur, 2 nights' stay (plus tax and service)
will be charged. This shall NOT be contingent on the hotel's
occupancy for the night on which the cancellation or no-show
occured.

NO-SHOWS must be paid without reliance on billed vouchers as
the client did not arrive and therefore did not submit a voucher

Peak Season Cancellation
22 December 10 - 08 January 11
Cancellations must be made 46 days prior to arrival day, or
should a NO-SHOW occur, 100% of the total value of the booking
will be charged.

NO-SHOWS must be paid without reliance on billed vouchers as
the client did not arrive and therefore did not submit a voucher

Any cancellations must be received by the hotel or Starwood
Worldwide Reservations Office in writing, via telex, telephone
or fax. If verbally cancelled, a cancellation number must be
noted.
