CANCELLATION POLICY

HOLIDAY PERIOD CANCELLATION

Any cancellations or "no shows" or early check-outs within
four (4) days of arrival will be assessed a two (2) night
+ tax charge. If any part of the booking falls over the
above dates the holiday period cancellation policy will apply.

YEAR ROUND CANCELLATION
Cancellations will be accepted without charge, if notice
is received by four (4) days or more prior to arrival date.
Cancellations made less than four (4) days prior to arrival
and/or "no shows" are subject to a one (1) Night room + Tax.

Any claim for a refund must be submitted to Freestyle Holidays
no later than (30) days of return to Australia providing full
details of the claim, as well as full reservation details.
