DISABLED FACILITIES

The hotel has rooms equipped for disabled guests. These are on
a request basis. Rooms are wheelchair friendly with wide
doorways. There are hand held showers and a roll-in shower.
Rooms are also equipped for hearing impaired guests.

NOTES

NO SMOKING POLICY
Effective November 16, 2006 the State of Hawaii is instituting
a new No-Smoking law across the state that will prohibit smoking
enclosed or partially enclosed areas open to the public,
including hotels and resort condominiums.

This means that as of November 16, 2006, smoking will be
prohibited by law generally in public areas of Outrigger and
OHANA hotes and resort in Hawaii. Also beginning November 16
Outrigger will no longer accept requests for smoking rooms at
any Outrigger or OHANA properties in Hawaii.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations will be accepted without charge, if notice
is received by three (3) days or more prior to arrival date.
Cancellations made less than three (3) days prior to arrival
and/or "no shows" are subject to one (1) Night room + Tax
except during the holiday period.

HOLIDAY PERIOD
22 December 08-04 January 09 & 22 December 09-04 January 10
Any cancellations or "no shows" or early check-outs within 15
days will be assessed a two (2) night + tax charge. If any part
of the booking falls over the above dates the holiday period
cancellation policy will apply.
