Cancellations received within 31 DAYS of guests arrival will
incur a 1 night cancellation fee.
Cancellations received within 15 DAYS of guests arrival will
be charged 50% of total nights booked.
Cancellations received within 8 DAYS of guests arrival will
be charged 100% of total nights booked.

45-31 days - 1 nights cancellation fee
30-15 days - 50% of the total nights booked

incur a 1 night cancellation fee.
Cancellations received within 31 DAYS of guests arrival will
be charged 50% of total nights booked.

be charged 100% of total nights booked.

NO SHOWS: 100% cancellation charge. No refunds will be given.
