Any cancellation made within 15 days or "no show" during HIGH
season will be charged at 1 night's contract rate.
Any short stay during this season will be charged at the actual
stay plus 1 nights room charge.

08/09 Peak Season: 21 December 08-05 January 09
Any cancellation made within 35 days or "no show" during
08/09 PEAK season will be charged at 100% of actual reservation.

09/10 Peak Season & 09 Shoulder Season:
01 August -31 August 09 & 24 December 09-05 January 10
Any cancellation made will or "no show" during 09 SHOULDER
& 09/10 PEAK seasons will be charged at 100% of actual
reservation.
Any short stay during these seasons will be charged 100%
