Cancellations received within 4 DAYS of arrival will be
charged a 1 NIGHT cancellation fee.
NO SHOWS will be charged a 1 NIGHT cancellation fee.

HIGH SEASON
15 June 10-15 October 10
Cancellations received within 6 DAYS of arrival will be
charged a 1 NIGHT cancellation fee.
NO SHOWS will be charged a 1 NIGHT cancellation fee.

PEAK SEASON
24 December 10-05 January 11
Cancellations received within 15 DAYS of arrival will be
charged a 1 NIGHT cancellation fee.
NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of total stay.
