PROPERTY LOCATION AND DESCRIPTION

The Ayana Resort & Spa (formerly the Ritz Carlton) is one of Bali's premier 5-star resorts. The views from the property are amazing, as are the settings of some of the restaurants, which makes it highly recommended for couples. The resort has the choice of rooms, as well as private pool villas. The resort is is perched high atop a bluff overlooking the ocean, about 10 minutes south of the main Jimbaran Bay area. There are no hotels adjacent to the Resort so it does offer good privacy and peacefulness. Below the resort reached by a wide path, are white sand beaches at low tide.

- 85 x Ocean Villas which are the original Villas with private pools and decorated in a more traditional Balinese style. There is a choice of Ocean View Villa or Ocean Front Villa.
- 38 x Cliff Villas which were finished in 2005 and feature a more westernised or contemporary decor, with private pool and similar facilities. There is a choice of Ocean View or Ocean Front Cliff villa. The Cliff villas also feature:

SHOWS will incur a 1 night charge.

Cancellations received within 15 DAYS prior to arrival will
incur a 1 night charge. NO SHOWS will incur a 1 night charge.
