ROOM DESCRIPTION (USE AS A GUIDE ONLY)

The spacious villas consist of 2 separate alang alang roofed pavilions that frame the stunning central private pool and courtyard area. A Balinese style wall that surrounds the villa creates further privacy and tranquility to enjoy the beauty of the villa. The spacious and luxurious living pavilion is an open plan design that houses a fully equipped kitchen with SMEG appliances and an island bench which over looks the dining and lounge areas. The rectangle handcrafted teak dining table can accommodate up to 8 persons, while the lounge area offers a State of the art DVD and CD surround system. Each bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with the master bedroom that stretches the entire second floor of the accommodation pavilion and is appointed with an oversized bathtub and double vanity. The second bedroom in the 2 and 3 Bedroom Pool Villa offer both an indoor en-suite and outdoor tropical garden shower.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation of confirmed reservations must be received in
writing by the hotel.

LOW SEASON:
01 November 07-19 December 07, 07 January 08-19 December 08 and 07 January 09-31 March 09
Should a reservation be cancelled within 14 DAYS of arrival
date, the value of two nights accommodation together with
applicable government taxes will be charged.

HIGH SEASON
20 December 07-06 January 08 and 20 December 08-06 January 09
Should a reservation be cancelled within 45 DAYS of arrival
50% OF THE STAY WILL BE CHARGED.
Should a resevervation be cancelled within 30 DAYS of arrival
100% OF THE STAY WILL BE CHARGED.

If a no show occurs on the date reserved and the resort is
not notified in writing, the hotel will charge 100% of the
accommodation.
