PROPERTY LOCATION AND DESCRIPTION

Located in the heart of Legian on the beach, the resort is set in beautiful tropical gardens and is an easy walk to shops, market stalls and restaurants. Please note there are 2 Melasti properties in Bali and Melasti Beach Resort Legian is the larger better quality of the two. Melasti Beach Bungalows are located in Tuban and are not beachfront.

STANDARD ROOM
DESCRIPTION: These are the oldest style rooms at the hotel and are located at the back of the property in a 3 storey building next to the road. Rooms are VERY BASIC and very small with no balcony. Furnishings are old and the rooms are dark. There are NO inter-connecting Standard Rooms.
BEDDING GUIDE: 1 Double bed or 2 Single beds
MAXIMUM GUESTS: 2 Adults or 1 Adult & 1 Child

SUPERIOR ROOM
DESCRIPTION: Located in one of the original buildings behind the main pool. Rooms have a balcony and older style furnishings.
BEDDING GUIDE: 1 Double bed or 2 Single beds + 1 Rollaway extra
MAXIMUM GUESTS: 3 Adults or 2 Adults & 1 Child

DELUXE ROOM
DESCRIPTION: Rooms are located in the newer wing overlooking the new pool. Rooms are larger than Superior rooms and have more modern furnishings.
BEDDING GUIDE: 1 Double bed or 2 Single beds + 2 Rollaways extra
MAXIMUM GUESTS: 3 Adults or 2 Adults & 2 Children

SUITE COTTAGE
DESCRIPTION: Rooms are located in 2-storey cottages closer to the beach. Rooms are very spacious with a large bedroom and separate lounge area that has 2 pull down beds & room for an additional rollaway. Interconnecting suites are available with a King bedded suite connecting with a Twin bedded suite. Suites were renovated in 2006.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations received a minimum of 72 HOURS prior to guests
arrival will incur a 1 night cancellation charge.

NO SHOWS - will incur a 100% cancellation fee of hotels/tours
and transfers per person.
