All cancellations received a minimum of 22 days prior to guest
arrival will incur a 1 night cancellation charge.

16 July -07 September & 15 December -07 January
All cancellations received a minimum of 32 days prior to guest
arrival will incur a 1 night cancellation charge.

No Shows yearround, will incur 100% cancellation charge. No
refund will be given at all.

DEPOSIT/PAYMENT DETAILS:

FULL PAYMENT is required 35 days prior to arrival at the Dusun.
Cancellation fees apply from this point.
Any bookings made within 35 days of arrival must be fully paid
within 24-hours of confirmation.
