The Samaya is located on the quiet side of Legian Beach and bordered by the Indian Ocean. Situated on 2 hectares of landscaped gardens and with its own private beach. The Samaya is designed to enhance the sense privacy,it is adjacent to the holy temple of Petitenget and has access to nearby Legian Beach.

Each of the spacious new courtyard villas vary 300 to 600 square meters in size with a private lap pool with a minimum size of 11 meters in length and a generous greenery of outdoor garden complimented with a wooden gazebo which may double as day bed or intimate private dining.

Cancellations made within 3 days of arrival will be subject to
a one night cancellation fee.

16 July 08-30 September 08 & 21 December 08-04 January 09
Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will be subject to
a one night cancellation fee
Cancellations made with 7 days of arrival will be subject to
a two night cancellation fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY 2009:

LOW SEASON:
01 April 09-15 July 09, 01 October 09-20 December 09 and 05 January 10-31 March 10
Cancellations received within 8 DAYS of arrival will be
charged a 1 night cancellation fee

HIGH SEASON:
16 July 09-30 September 09 and 21 December 09-04 January 10
Cancellations received within 22 DAYS of arrival will be
charged a 1 night cancellation fee
cancellations receieved within 15 DAYS of arrival will
be charged 50% OF THE BOOKING

NO SHOWS AND EARLY DEPARTURES will be charged 100% of the
booking
