14 days prior - All cancellations made a minimum of 14 days
prior to guests arrival will incur a 25% of total stay charge.
7 days prior - All cancellations made a minimum of 7 days
prior to guests arrival will incur a 50% of total stay charge.

All cancellations made a minimum of 14 days prior to guests
arrival, will incur 100% of total stay cancellation charges.

No Shows and Walk Outs will be charged 100% of total stay.
