Cancellations received within 2 days of arrival will incur a
1 night cancellation fee.
NO SHOWS will incur a 1 night charge.

HIGH SEASON
Valid: 01 July 09-31 August 09
Valid: 01 July 10-30 September 10
Cancellations received within 4 days of arrival will incur a
2 night cancellation fee.
NO SHOWS will incur a 3 night charge.

PEAK SEASON
Valid: 20 December 09-05 January 10
Valid: 20 December 10-05 January 11
Cancellations received within 7 days of arrival will incur a
3 night cancellation fee.
NO SHOWS will incur a fee of 100% of stay.

Early check out will be charged a minimum 1 night penalty and
during high season at the hotels discretion.
