Do prices on your site include GST?
Yes, all prices quoted on our website are inclusive of GST, where applicable. The Australian GST applies to the purchase of both goods & services. The rate of tax, where applicable, is 10%.
GST only applies to domestic travel (including car hire, domestic flights, transport, entertainment & tours) in Australia however there are a few circumstances where domestic air travel is not subject to 10% GST:
- Where the domestic air travel is on the same ticket as international air travel.
- Where the domestic air travel is on a separate ticket to the international air travel and the domestic travel is cross-referenced to the initial travel and the domestic ticket is issued any time up until the commencement of the international travel.
- If you purchase the international air travel from a sales office (airline or travel agent) outside Australia.
How can I pay for my travel?
The easiest way to pay for your travel arrangements is by credit card. A Credit card service fee applies to all payments made by credit card.
Freestyle Holidays also accepts other payment options such as cash or cheque.

How private are my personal details?
The “Change Details” form featured on the site is used for the collection of your information:- fax administration of your travel bookings
- when entering competitions.
All information will be collected and stored by Freestyle Holidays. The information will be used to send travel orders and documents to you and to get in contact with you about your travel arrangements when necessary.
Except as required by law, Freestyle Holidays will not give out personal user data to third parties. However, Freestyle Holidays reserves the right to contact members of our database for verification purposes and to provide information deemed to be relevant to Members from time to time. We follow rigorous security protocols to safeguard any personal information you share with us.
How will I receive my documents?
Travel documents may include (without limitation) airline tickets, hotel vouchers, tour vouchers or any other document (whether in electronic form or otherwise) used to confirm an arrangement from a service provider. All necessary documentation will normally be mailed to you at the address you specify. Alternatively, if you prefer, your documents can be dispatched by courier, for an additional cost.
If you have e-ticket documentation that has been sent to your specified email address, a copy of the e-ticket or e-documentation is required to be printed by you and presented at check in along with photo identification, passport & visas that are required to travel to your holiday destination.
Up to topIs GST payable on any international travel?
GST is only payable on international travel arrangements that have incurred an amendment fee. The first amendment is complimentary, and subsequent amendments that result in a decrease in the value of the booking, will incur a fee of $33 per time. (inclusive of GST)

All the data you provide to Freestyle Holidays on forms is protected to ensure both the privacy and authenticity of your data as it travels across the Internet. Freestyle Holidays uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology to securely transmit your personal information, over the Internet. By using this technology, it is our intention to protect your personal information, however we cannot guarantee SSL encryption technology provides 100% security. Therefore, please be aware that information you submit is at your own risk.
Is there a credit card fee to use Freestyle Holidays?
A 1.4% Credit Card Service fee applies to all payments made by credit card for Freestyle Holidays bookings. The Credit Card Service Fee is not applicable to payments made by cheque or direct deposit.
